1st- We EVALUATE you- where you are currently and where you want to go.

2nd- We BUILD you a program that exhibits confidence, competence, and autonomy in base movements and we begin corrective work. 

3rd- We help you find BALANCE- express autonomy with base movements and enhance a foundation of a more resilient mind and body connection.

4th- This step is all you! EMPOWER yourself with all learned skills to live an active and pain free life.

What We Offer

"Bridging the gap between healthcare and fitness"

1 - on - 1 Coaching

We offer personalized 1-on-1 coaching either at a private gym in San Mateo or conveniently at your home to help develop your skills. Educate you in breathe work, skilled movements, strength/control, pain definition & rules, as well as stress management. In person presentations to help you understand and get you out of being frustrated. Guided with

daily check ins to help you keep you on track with your goals through digital means: emails, messaging apps, video calls etc.

Remote Coaching

This service is the same as our custom 1- on- 1 coaching with the exception that the personalized fitness plans, coaching, and guidance is through digital means, including but not limited to emails, messaging apps, video calls, and fitness tracking apps. We still educate you on breathe work, skilled movements, strength/control, pain definition & rules, as well as stress management through linked presentations. Daily check ins and weekly video calls to help keep you on track.

Workshops & Seminars

Sign up to our detailed workshops were we dive into specific topics. The goal is to help educate you so you do not feel frustrated about your fitness journey. Topics include breathe work, stress management, basics on strength training, basics on pain management, fundamentals of push, pull, hinge, core movements... etc.
