Training

 1- on- 1 Coaching 

We take a custom approach to your program initiating a detailed joint by joint movement screen and interview to determine the best way to help you. We clarify where you are and where you want to go. We take you through our 4 stage process where we begin corrective work & train you at a specific cadence to help develop your confidence and competence, as well as, an understanding of intensity and movement all in the comfort of a private gym or your home.

Through out each session with your coach you will be educated and coached in breathe work, skilled movements and pain definitions. As well as understanding the hierarchy of needs, stress- management and our favorite load vs capacity. 

​

You will have daily communication with your coach in addition to your in person sessions to keep you on track in your fitness journey. The coach will provide ongoing support and feedback through scheduled virtual check-ins, which may include video conferencing, phone calls, or other agreed-upon methods.

Remote Coaching

We take the same custom approach to your program as we do with our in person 1 on 1 coaching. We take you through a joint by joint movement screen and interview to determine the best plan for you. We meet you where you are and clarify where you want to go with your goals. We put you through the same 4 stage process where we begin corrective work & coach you at a specific cadence to help develop your confidence and competence, as well as, an understanding of intensity and movement.

Your coach will provide ongoing support each week we will meet via digital means, including but not limited to emails, messaging apps, video calls, and fitness tracking apps to educate you in breathe work, skilled movements and pain definitions. As well as understanding the hierarchy of needs, stress- management and our favorite load vs capacity.  

 

We will assign custom workout plans, nutrition advice, and other relevant materials delivered via electronic formats.

You will be provided ongoing support and feedback through scheduled virtual check-ins, which may include video conferencing, phone calls, or other agreed-upon methods.

​

You will start to feel less frustrated and in control of your life no matter how far away you are from your coach.

If you are independent in your fitness journey and want to freshen up on important topics you will benefit from our monthly workshops. The aim is to educate you on a specific topic that will propel your knowledge and health.

Our coaches will take you through a detailed presentation and help answer any of your questions on the spot.
